Loughlin Water Associates, LLC was established in April 2005. Since that time, we have billed about 2.5 million dollars to more than 130 clients for almost 300 groundwater resource projects. Our clients have included towns, cities, counties, state and federal agencies, mutual water companies, water and wastewater districts, sewer districts, irrigation companies, home owner associations, civil engineers, individuals, churches and other non-profit organizations, land developers, construction companies, ski areas and other resorts, mining companies, energy companies, chemical companies, drilling companies, and attorneys.
