Company Overview

The Las Vegas office of the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) is administered by an office manager and comprised of branches of the following bureaus: Air Quality, Corrective Actions, Federal Facilities, Waste Management, Safe Drinking Water and Water Pollution Control.

The Las Vegas branches work under the same authority as the main bureaus in the Carson City office. The activities in the Las Vegas office have been tailored to meet division needs and the needs of the community in the southern part of the state, including Clark County. The Las Vegas office works cooperatively with the Clark County Health District to ensure protection of human health and the environment in southern Nevada.
